Recommended wine set to pair with spring rolls

We have prepared a wine set that goes well with shrimp and crab spring rolls. Spring rolls are often served with sweet chili sauce to bring out the umami flavor, so we recommend a dry white wine that goes perfectly with such sauce. It has a strong acidity and minerality, and goes well with the gentle sweetness of the fruit. Enjoy pairing it with spring rolls, which are also full of vegetables and go better with wine than salads.

Description of each wine

• Alsace Gewurztraminer White [Left]
  A dry white wine made from 100% Gewürztraminer, a noble variety. The elegant aroma with hints of lychee and rose is like perfume. It is also perfect as an aperitif to fully enjoy the aroma.
  
• Anjou White [Right]
  A dry white wine from the Loire with an impressive sweet and sour taste like honey lemon. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the crisp acidity and strong fruitiness. The aftertaste is pleasantly mineral. It goes great with seafood.
