A reasonably priced and satisfying white wine made in Valencia, Spain. It has a variety of fruity aromas, including citrus, peach, and pineapple, with a hint of toast. The mellow fruitiness and acidity are well balanced, and the long finish has a hint of salty minerals. It has been highly rated in Spain's most authoritative wine guidebook, and is recommended as a gift. The snail on the label in particular gives it a chic and stylish impression. It has a moderate volume and a long finish, so it goes well with salads, fried fish, sushi, ceviche, seafood, smoked fish, or dishes with cream or foie gras. It is recommended to drink it at 10-12°C.
