A full-bodied dry sparkling wine from Bordeaux. Made from a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Gris, and fermented in the same bottle as Champagne, Cremant has delicate bubbles and a good drinkability. It has a gorgeous aroma of pear, apple, and white flowers. It is a refined organic wine with a fresh fruitiness, a refreshing herb flavor, and a firm minerality.

味わい

ごく淡く輝くイエローゴールド。

その中にきめ細かい泡が優しく立ち昇る。

グラスを近づけると、洋梨や林檎を思わせる果実香に白い花の華やかさ、また非常にしっかりとしたミネラル感に、ハーブの香りが清々しいアクセントを添える。

口に含むと、フレッシュな泡とともに広がる林檎のような瑞々しい果実味。そして味わいにもハーブの爽やかさが大変素晴らしく調和。後味のほんのりとした苦味が、バランス良く余韻を引き締める。

非常にフルーティで飲みやすく、優しい果実味が際立つスパークリング。ぜひ女性におすすめしたい1本です。

ボルドー地方に2つのシャトーを所有しています。北イタリアで代々ワイン造りに携わってきましたが1924年にフランスボルドー地方・アントルドゥメールに移りました。1961年シャトープショーラルケ、1989年にシャトーセニャールドポミエを購入し、2つのブランドでワインを造っています。ずっとオーガニック農業を続けてきましたが、環境に敬意を払いお客様の健康に留意するため1984年に認証を取得しました。2つのシャトーはそれほど離れてはいませんが、標高や土壌の違いから全く異なる味わいのワインとなります。ワイン造りにおいて特に大切にしていることは月です。祖先の教えに従い、月の動きによりぶどうの選定からワイン造りまでを行います。数々の受賞歴があり、メダル受賞の多い農家の一つです。

やはりスプマンテとは違って、洗練された
上品さがあります。
良く冷やして飲むと美味しいねーと思わず言ってしまいます。
ちょっとした記念日などに飲みたいクレマンですね！
