This red wine is made by the Moretti family, who make wine in the suburbs of Florence, focusing on local varieties. They use Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Malvasia Nera to create a complex aroma and flavor. Ripe red fruits, cherries, plums, chocolate, tobacco, licorice, etc. It has sufficient tannins, a subtle oak aroma, and a smooth mouthfeel. This is an organic wine that does not contain preservatives (SO2).

オーガニック歴：2009年から

トスカーナ州のフィレンツェから車で30分ほどの小村、スカンディッチにあります。標高80~160ｍで、40%の粘土質と35%のローム層に25%の砂利が混ざり合う土壌です。モレッティ家は代々兼業農家を営んでおり、現当主のロベルトは医師として週3日働き、残り4日全てをぶどうに注いでいます。2005年からは妻のルシアが加わり、それと同時にビオディナミ農法に興味を持ちはじめました。ビオディナミがオーガニック農業と深く関わっていることを知り、2009年に認証を取得しました。これ以上地球を汚染せず、健康的で美味しい食事をし(彼らの食事はほぼ自給自足です)、後世によりよい世界を残してゆければと思っています。他のどのワインも持たない特別な個性のあるワインを造るため、土着品種のみを使ったワイン造りをしています。ほとんどの場合、品種ごとに分けて醸造し、無濾過、無清澄です。数年前より二酸化硫黄の使用もやめました。
