Wine set description

  • Set contents: 2 bottles of white wine

This set includes a white wine from Alsace and a white wine from Bordeaux, a famous wine-producing region in France. With Edelzwicker, which has a good balance of moderate acidity and fruitiness, we recommend a seafood pot-au-feu, while with Bordeaux, which has a mineral taste, we recommend raw oysters or grilled whelks with herbs. Please enjoy these as an accompaniment to a dinner where you can fully enjoy shellfish.

Description of each wine

  • Alsace Edelzwicker White [Left]
    A dry white wine with excellent cost performance made from a blend of multiple grape varieties. You can enjoy the white flower aroma characteristic of Alsace wines, as well as a mineral feel and refreshing taste.
  • Bordeaux (Entre-Deux-Mers) White - Chateau des Seigneurs de Pommiers [Right]
    A delicate dry white wine from Bordeaux with sharp acidity and strong minerals. It goes well with Western and Japanese cuisine, and is an excellent wine to drink with meals.

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 4 business days after it is received. (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
