An easy-to-drink, dry sparkling wine made in Valencia, Spain. This Cava is made using the same bottle-fermenting process as Champagne, and is finished with a refreshing flavor using Macabeo and Chardonnay. It has a fruity flavor reminiscent of green apples and pears, and a straightforward taste that is delicious from the first sip. This organic wine can be enjoyed casually with a toast or appetizers.

コティーノ家はスペイン バレンシア北西部のウティエル・レケーナに2つのワイナリーを持っています。
ひとつは1972年に建てられた村唯一のワイナリー、もうひとつは1752年創立の歴史的建造物です。両施設とも昔からあるものを再利用してぶどうの魅力を十分に引き出せるような設計に改装しました。テロワールを最大限に引き出したワインを造るため、2003年にオーガニックに転換しました。昔ながらの土着品種を大切にし、それぞれの個性が引き立つワイン造りを目指しています。リーズナブルなBlesシリーズ、リッチなSoloシリーズ、最高級のMONシリーズとラインナップが豊富です。未だ知られていない産地の魅力をぜひ発見してみてください。

セールされていたので興味を持って購入していました。マヴィさんのカヴァは初めてです。
こちらのソロのカヴァ、驚くほど上品で後味もスッキリ。ありがちな最後の特徴的な「引っかかる感触」がなくてスーッと揉める優しい味でうっとりしてしまいました。　今まで飲んでたのはなんだったんだろう？？？

真鯛のポワレとサラダに合わせましたが主張せず、さわやかでバッチリでした。

すっかり惚れ込んでしまったので代替品としてではなくて今度はこれを購入したいと思います。
