味わい

グリーンを帯びた淡いイエロー。
グレープフルーツや林檎など様々な果実にハーブ、ミネラルを詰め込んだフレッシュで爽やかな香り。口当りは柔らかで広がる果実味をわずかな苦みが引き締め、酸味は穏やか。軽快な辛口の白ワインです。

オーガニック歴：有史以来（認証は1963年より）

ボルドー地方のガロンヌ河左岸・グラーヴ地区にあります。ワイン農家としての歴史は古く1668年以前から代々引き継がれてきました。大西洋気候ですが、森により大西洋からの強い風が遮られ、やや高めの気温です。土壌は石が多く、この石が昼に熱を保ち夜に熱を放つので良いぶどうが実ります。1963年には、土にいつまでも残ってしまう化学物質を使わず、子供達に美しい地球を残していくためにオーガニックへ転換しました。この決断をしたポーレットはボルドー地方でのオーガニックの草分け的存在です。畑に与える養分は自然由来のもの、病気対策も天然由来のものと少量のボルドー液だけを使う。現在はポーレットから息子の世代になりましたが、知恵と経験はしっかりと受け継がれ更に新しい感覚を加えてのワイン造りを行っています。
