This crisp, dry white wine was made in the Cognac region in southwestern France. It is made using the unibrand Colombard, and is a white wine made before being distilled into brandy, with a strong, dry taste. It has a refreshing citrus acidity and a clean lime-like flavor, and its crisp mouthfeel makes it the perfect companion to seafood such as oysters and sashimi.

味わい

正直なところ、酸味が強く、かなりの辛口。
辛口が苦手な方、甘めの白ワインがお好きな方は、避けていただた方がいいかもしれません。

その代わり、
辛口を追求する方にはきっとご満足いただけます。

コニャック（ブランデー）蒸留前の原酒、という珍しい白ワインです。ユニ ブランとコロンバールという2品種を使用、アルコール度数11℃の軽めでとても辛口の白ワインです。

柑橘系の爽やかな酸味とライムのようなすっきりとした味わいを持っています。キレのある辛口の飲み口で、ちょっと口に含んだだけで魚の匂いを消してくれます。魚介類や和食にぴったりです。

冷たくして、魚介類、あるいは白身の肉類と合わせてどうぞ。生の魚介類と合わせると、真の良さを発揮します。

このワインはフィルターにかけていませんので、澱が出やすくなっています。

オーガニック歴：1982年から

フランス西部、ボルドーの北にあるコニャック地方。この中心地から車で30分ほど北に離れた、静かで周りをぶどう畑に囲まれた平地にあります。セガン家は何世代も続く農家です。大西洋からの海洋性気候により年間を通して穏やかな気候で、ぶどうが過度に熟すことなく育ちます。自然環境と顧客のことを思い1982年に転換しました。セガン家のコニャックはオーガニック栽培したぶどうで造った白ワインを2回蒸留してオーク樽で熟成します。香料や色素、添加物を一切用いない造り方を守り、通常のブランデーとの違いを際立たせています。コニャック地方では珍しい、赤ワインと白ワインも造っています。
