A full-bodied red wine made in the Languedoc region of southern France. Mr. Belleu, former president of Nature et Progres, is a passionate organic wine lover. This wine is made by blending fully ripe Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and is finished without clarification or filtration, and without the addition of any antioxidants. The taste has ripe fruits such as plums and spices such as cloves. Each bottle is an organic wine that allows you to enjoy its own unique character.

味わい

濃いめのガーネット。
熟したプラムやブラックチェリーに、クローヴやカンゾウ、シナモンなどのスパイス、さらに土を思わせる香りと、少し鉱物的なミネラルのニュアンスも。

口に含むと、溢れるように豊かで柔らかい果実味と、それを支えるバランスの良い酸味。追いかけるようにしっかりと広がるボリューム感と豊富なタンニンで、飲み応えも十分。

まさに自然をそのまま瓶詰めしたような、豊かな味わい。熟した果実の恵みをご堪能ください。

フランス最古のスパークリングワインが発明された修道院がある、ラングドック西方のリムーにあります。ベリュウ氏は1980年に故郷であるこの地にぶどう畑を購入し、翌年1981年にオーガニックに転換しました。その理由は、①個人的な喜びのため、②地球を守るため、③これまでと異なった生産者と消費者の関係において高い品質の製品を提供するためです。過去にはオーガニック生産者団体「ナチュール＆プログレ」の会長を務めており、熱いオーガニック実践者です。自然の恵みをそのまま詰めたようなワイン造りを目指しています。

誕生日に開けました。香りも良く、柔らかな味わいの中にほんのりとした甘みも感じました。それでいて渋みもしっかりとあり、果実味とタンニンのバランスが素晴らしかったです。メルローとカベルネのいいとこどりといった感じの、非常に美味しい一本でした。
