This dry champagne is made from grapes grown in a field overlooking the monastery where Dom Pérignon, the creator of champagne, worked, in the prime location of Auvilles, also known as the "cradle of champagne." Made with 100% Chardonnay from a special year, it has a strong mineral aroma with caramel, nuts, honey, and a firm acidity. The taste is also wonderful, combining complexity and delicacy. This is an organic champagne with a high-quality taste.
