A dry white wine made in the Entre-Deumere region of Bordeaux, between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers. A blend of Sauvignon, Semillon and Muscadelle, this wine has a bold impression with fruit and herb aromas and a strong mineral feel. It goes great with seafood, especially raw oysters. This organic wine is best enjoyed fresh at around 8-10℃.

白い花の香りや芳醇なフルーツ香にハーブの爽やかさがあります。

ミネラル感を十分に感じていただける骨太な印象の辛口。酸味と甘味のバランスが非常に良く、長い余韻が残ります。

魚介類、特に生牡蠣との相性抜群。若いうちに8-10℃でお楽しみください。

ボルドー地方に2つのシャトーを所有しています。北イタリアで代々ワイン造りに携わってきましたが1924年にフランスボルドー地方・アントルドゥメールに移りました。1961年シャトープショーラルケ、1989年にシャトーセニャールドポミエを購入し、2つのブランドでワインを造っています。ずっとオーガニック農業を続けてきましたが、環境に敬意を払いお客様の健康に留意するため1984年に認証を取得しました。2つのシャトーはそれほど離れてはいませんが、標高や土壌の違いから全く異なる味わいのワインとなります。ワイン造りにおいて特に大切にしていることは月です。祖先の教えに従い、月の動きによりぶどうの選定からワイン造りまでを行います。数々の受賞歴があり、メダル受賞の多い農家の一つです。
