オーガニック歴：1984年から

ボルドー地方に2つのシャトーを所有しています。北イタリアで代々ワイン造りに携わってきましたが1924年にフランスボルドー地方・アントルドゥメールに移りました。1961年シャトープショーラルケ、1989年にシャトーセニャールドポミエを購入し、2つのブランドでワインを造っています。ずっとオーガニック農業を続けてきましたが、環境に敬意を払いお客様の健康に留意するため1984年に認証を取得しました。2つのシャトーはそれほど離れてはいませんが、標高や土壌の違いから全く異なる味わいのワインとなります。ワイン造りにおいて特に大切にしていることは月です。祖先の教えに従い、月の動きによりぶどうの選定からワイン造りまでを行います。数々の受賞歴があり、メダル受賞の多い農家の一つです。

ボルドー 干支ワイン（辰） 赤

重めの赤ワインが好きなので、購入しました。冬の寒い季節にぴったりの、あたたかみを感じるワインでした。ごくごく飲めます。干支ラベルがすてきなので、飲み終わったボトルを大切にとっておいて、飾っています！　すぐに売り切れてしまったようで残念です。
