This sweet sherry-type wine is made in the village of Villaviciosa, located in the mountains about a two-hour drive from the city of Cordoba in Andalusia, southern Spain. The harvest of fully ripe grapes is delayed until they become like raisins on the vine before being hand-picked, resulting in grapes with an extremely high sugar content, which retains their sweetness. No added alcohol! Enjoy the natural sweetness of the grapes and the mellow flavor unique to sherry-type wines.

味わい

均一で透明感のあるアンバー色。

レーズンやプラムに、イチジクのジャム。革製品のニュアンスに、甘草などのスイートスパイスも感じられます。グラスは回さずにゆっくりと香りを楽しむのがおすすめ。

口当たりは非常になめらかで、甘く芳醇な味わいがゆっくりと口内に広がります。

レーズンやプラムに、芳ばしいカカオのニュアンスや、様々な果物を煮詰めたような複雑な風味。黒糖のニュアンスや、甘草と紅茶の香りもほのかに感じられます。

余韻も長く、じっくりと楽しめる甘口シェリータイプです。

オーガニック歴：1988年から

オリーブや牧畜が盛んなスペイン南部 アンダルシア州のコルドバにあります。気候は典型的な地中海性気候で、降雨量が少なく乾燥しています。1754年からワイン造りをしており、1988年にアンダルシア州で最初にオーガニック認証を取得しました。ネヴァド家のドラドセコはシェリータイプの極辛口ワインです。アルコール添加を一切しないこのワインは日本では大変珍しいワインで、夏場はロックや炭酸水でお楽しみいただくのがお勧めです。
平均樹齢50～100年のオリーブから収穫される、うまみが凝縮したオーガニックエキストラバージンオリーブオイルもつくっています。低速遠心分離法で丁寧にゆっくりと抽出するので、酸化しにくいのが特徴です。様々なお料理にお試しください。
