Taste

Whether you're having a special friend over or just hanging out with friends for the afternoon, wine is always a part of the party. It has the power to make the soul happy and bring people closer together.

This wine is made from the first juice harvested from old vines. It has a soft floral aroma on top of which the aroma of Muscat spreads delicately. This is a high-quality wine that can be enjoyed on any occasion.

It has gentle bubbles, is slightly sweet, and has an alcohol content of 7%. It can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from young to old, from wine lovers to those who don't usually drink much wine, so it's perfect for parties where people gather. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with dessert, or even while chatting.

It has a cute impression of being fruity and slightly sweet, but it is also sharp and has a long mineral aftertaste, giving it a luxurious feel. It's not just fun to drink, it also makes you feel special.

Experience the happiness of the aroma of Muscat filling your mouth.

Food that goes well with wine

Chill it a little and enjoy it as an aperitif. Enjoy it with biscuits at teatime (crunchy biscuits with nuts are apparently a common way to enjoy it with locals). Pour it over peach or lemon sorbet and eat it while crumbling the sorbet bit by bit. It's the perfect way to end a meal.

About the producers, the Achard family

Domaine Achard-Vincent (Achard family)

Organic history: Since the dawn of history (certified in 1982)

This organic wine farm has been in business for six generations and is located in Dey, which is located right in the center of the Rhone region. The hills at an altitude of 400 meters are sunny 300 days a year and have a large temperature difference between day and night, making it an ideal environment for grape cultivation. They have protected their fields without ever using pesticides or chemical fertilizers. They obtained organic certification in 1982. In order to increase the vitality of the soil in the fields and better express the characteristics of the land, they have been using biodynamic farming methods since 2005. The Achard family is a true bubbles craftsman who has dedicated their lives to bubbles and only makes bubbles. They are committed to capturing the splendor of nature and delivering it as aroma in the glass.
