This rare, light red wine is produced in Tuscany, with only 2,200 bottles produced. It has a fresh red fruit aroma and a dry, well-structured mouthfeel that is very pleasant to drink. It has a mild astringency and a clean aftertaste.

味わい

若さを感じる透明感のあるヴァイオレット。

抜栓すると、すぐにラズベリーやカシスなど、瑞々しくフレッシュな赤い果実の香りが立ち上がり、そのあとにわずかにグリーンなニュアンスが感じられます。

口あたりはドライな中口で、酸味は穏やかです。渋さは控えめですが程よく豊富なタンニンと13％のアルコール度数で、しっかりとした骨格が楽しめます。

ラズベリーやカシス、ブルーベリーなどの赤い果実に、茎のようなグリーンなニュアンス、さらに鉛筆の芯を舐めたようなひんやりとしたミネラルも感じる味わい。余韻は短めで、後味はすっきりとしています。

大都市フィレンツェと世界遺産シエナの中間にあるヴィコ デルサにあります。この地区の典型的な地質構成である白と灰色の粘土質が重なった地質と、古代には海の底であったことに由来する赤みがかった黄砂岩の帯からなる多重構造になっています。粘土質が主の土壌で育ったぶどうからは、ワインに複雑さやしっかりとした骨格がもたらされ、砂岩が主の土壌で育ったぶどうからは、軽やかで香り豊かなワインになります。マニョーニ家は1870年にこの土地を購入し、代々受け継がれてきました。自分のワインをどう示せばよいかを追求した結果、オーガニックに辿り着きました。オーガニック農業を実践することにより、何世紀も前からこの地で働いてきた人々との繋がりを感じ、工業的な製法に依存せず、従業員やお客様ともより良い関係を持つことができると感じています。当主のピエトロが理想とするワインは、エレガントで骨格がしっかりとしていて、重すぎず親しみやすいワインです。
