A moderately heavy red wine made in a vineyard near Florence, Tuscany, Italy. Made with Sangiovese grapes, it has a balsamic aroma and smooth tannins. The annual production volume is 2,700 bottles, making it a very valuable wine. It is an organic wine that is unfiltered and made without the addition of SO2 (a preservative).

オーガニック歴：2009年から

トスカーナ州のフィレンツェから車で30分ほどの小村、スカンディッチにあります。標高80~160ｍで、40%の粘土質と35%のローム層に25%の砂利が混ざり合う土壌です。モレッティ家は代々兼業農家を営んでおり、現当主のロベルトは医師として週3日働き、残り4日全てをぶどうに注いでいます。2005年からは妻のルシアが加わり、それと同時にビオディナミ農法に興味を持ちはじめました。ビオディナミがオーガニック農業と深く関わっていることを知り、2009年に認証を取得しました。これ以上地球を汚染せず、健康的で美味しい食事をし(彼らの食事はほぼ自給自足です)、後世によりよい世界を残してゆければと思っています。他のどのワインも持たない特別な個性のあるワインを造るため、土着品種のみを使ったワイン造りをしています。ほとんどの場合、品種ごとに分けて醸造し、無濾過、無清澄です。数年前より二酸化硫黄の使用もやめました。

プリスクス 赤

身体の細胞の隅々まで広がる、繊細で瑞々しく芸術的な素晴らしいワインです。生産者モレッティさんのお人柄が伝わってきます。豚肉、鳥もも肉などの赤身肉やパルミジャーノレッジャーノと一緒に、また、そのままじっくり味わうのも幸せです。

一度頼んで、もう一回頼むと、時間も空いて時期も変わっていることもあり、印象が変わってあれ～？前ほどおいしくないなあ、という事があります。こちらのワインは、二回頼んで、またリピート決定です。飲みやすい、癖のない、王道な重めの赤かと思います。

すごく口当たりよく、飲みやすいです。すっきりしていて素直なかんじのお味。お料理に合わせずワインだけでいただいたのですが、それでもとても満足です。
