This white wine is made in a vineyard near Florence, Tuscany, Italy. Made with Malvasia Bianca, Vermentino, and Trebbiano, the wine is given strength by six hours of skin contact. Finished unfiltered and without the addition of SO2 (a preservative), this organic wine is complex and unique, yet slowly seeps into your body.

味わい

やや濁りの見られる濃いめのイエロー。

花梨や黄桃のシロップ漬けにフェンネルなどのハーブ、シナモンやジンジャー、わずかに金木犀の花の香り。

口当たりは柔らかで、あふれるような果実味のあとに酸味と全体を引き締める程よい苦味が余韻まで続く。香り味わい共にやや個性的だが、飲み口はまるで身体そのものにしみこむような心地良さ。

オーガニック歴：2009年から

トスカーナ州のフィレンツェから車で30分ほどの小村、スカンディッチにあります。標高80~160ｍで、40%の粘土質と35%のローム層に25%の砂利が混ざり合う土壌です。モレッティ家は代々兼業農家を営んでおり、現当主のロベルトは医師として週3日働き、残り4日全てをぶどうに注いでいます。2005年からは妻のルシアが加わり、それと同時にビオディナミ農法に興味を持ちはじめました。ビオディナミがオーガニック農業と深く関わっていることを知り、2009年に認証を取得しました。これ以上地球を汚染せず、健康的で美味しい食事をし(彼らの食事はほぼ自給自足です)、後世によりよい世界を残してゆければと思っています。他のどのワインも持たない特別な個性のあるワインを造るため、土着品種のみを使ったワイン造りをしています。ほとんどの場合、品種ごとに分けて醸造し、無濾過、無清澄です。数年前より二酸化硫黄の使用もやめました。

シーネフェッレ ビアンコ 白

大好きな白ですが、白というか赤に匹敵するコクが魅力です。
濃厚なソースのお料理やシェーブルチーズにもよく合います。
去年のクリスマスには、なんとザッハトルテにも合わせちゃいました。
