This rosé wine is made in a field near Florence, Tuscany, Italy. It is made using Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, and is left in skin contact for six hours. It has a powerful, acidic and complex flavor, and goes well with salami, pasta, and hearty fish dishes. It is an organic wine that is unfiltered and made without the addition of SO2 (a preservative).
