This white wine is made in a vineyard near Florence, Tuscany, Italy. It is made using Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano, and Vermentino grapes, and is macerated for nine months before being aged in barrels for about six months, resulting in a powerful flavor. It is unfiltered and made without the addition of SO2 (a preservative), making it a complex and unique organic wine that slowly seeps into your body.

味わい

綺麗なゴールドの色合い。リンゴやジャスミン、ハーブといった様々なニュアンスの香りと共に、バニラのような樽熟成の香り。程よい酸味としっかりした果実味のアロマに、洗練されたタンニンのバランスがうまく調和し、力強い味わいをお楽しみいただけます。

驚くべきは雑味が無いクリアな余韻。長く続くすっきりした爽やかな風味を最後まで味わえる逸品です。

オーガニック歴：2009年から

トスカーナ州のフィレンツェから車で30分ほどの小村、スカンディッチにあります。標高80~160ｍで、40%の粘土質と35%のローム層に25%の砂利が混ざり合う土壌です。モレッティ家は代々兼業農家を営んでおり、現当主のロベルトは医師として週3日働き、残り4日全てをぶどうに注いでいます。2005年からは妻のルシアが加わり、それと同時にビオディナミ農法に興味を持ちはじめました。ビオディナミがオーガニック農業と深く関わっていることを知り、2009年に認証を取得しました。これ以上地球を汚染せず、健康的で美味しい食事をし(彼らの食事はほぼ自給自足です)、後世によりよい世界を残してゆければと思っています。他のどのワインも持たない特別な個性のあるワインを造るため、土着品種のみを使ったワイン造りをしています。ほとんどの場合、品種ごとに分けて醸造し、無濾過、無清澄です。数年前より二酸化硫黄の使用もやめました。
