This special wine is made from grapes that are 60 years old. The producers, the Cotino family, purchased a field that had been abandoned for many years in Tulada (Alicante province) at an altitude of 200m, and took on the challenge of making wine from the Muscat (Moscatel) variety. This white wine has a fresh and juicy impression with the aroma of Muscat, white peach, jasmine, and lychee, and a moderate minerality. It is not yet certified organic as certification is currently being applied for, but the grapes used are grown in a natural field.

味わい

透明感のあるレモンイエロー。

ストレートに感じるしっかりとしたマスカット香。そこに続くアカシア、白桃、ジャスミンなどの淡い香りが感じられます。

口に含むとマスカットの芳香と、フレッシュで瑞々しい風味。口当たりはドライで、酸は感じるものの、すっきりとした印象です。

ボディはほどよく、マスカットの果実味に、白桃やジャスミンの風味、後半で控えめなハーブ香を感じます。また濡れた石のようなミネラル感が瑞々しさをより際立たせます。
