明るい小麦色で少し濁りがあり、ボリュームと持続性がある白い泡が特徴。

穀物の香りが鼻に抜け、バナナとグレープフルーツの香りも。口に含むと滑らかで、生き生きとした泡立ちが感じられます。

味わいはドライで、穀物の繊細な風味とクローヴのニュアンスを感じられ、最後に軽やかな苦味とフローラルな香りが残ります。

オーガニック歴：2014年から

アルザス地方ストラスブールの北西にある北ヴォージュ自然公園内、ヴァルトハンバッハ村にあります。生命工学の研究者だったトマ、建築士をしていたナタリー夫妻が出身地に戻り醸造所を設立しました。もともとオーガニックを選択する生活をしていた為、同様のものを作りたいと思い設立当初からオーガニックで造っています。原料は、麦・ホップ・水・酵母の4つだけです。しかも全てアルザス産を使うとことにこだわっています。瓶内二次発酵・無濾過生なので瓶内に澱が入っているのが特徴です。あまり冷やさずに8℃から10℃をオススメします。
