IPA (India Pale Ale) craft beer mail order page. Shiny copper color. Rich, long-lasting foam. Made with hops from Alsace. Impressive aromas of apricot, jasmine, and orange blossom. A strong malt flavor with a soft bitterness. Long aftertaste, but dry and refreshing aftertaste.

輝きのある銅色。
濃厚で持続性のある泡。

香りは力強く、フルーツの香り(特にアプリコット)、フローラルな香り(特にジャスミンやオレンジの花)がアルザス産の生のホップを使用するホッピングによって生じます。

十分なコク。アタックには繊細な苦みがありそれが徐々にモルト由来の香りに混じって柔らかな苦みに重なります。余韻は長いですが、後味はドライで爽やかです。

オーガニック歴：2014年から

アルザス地方ストラスブールの北西にある北ヴォージュ自然公園内、ヴァルトハンバッハ村にあります。生命工学の研究者だったトマ、建築士をしていたナタリー夫妻が出身地に戻り醸造所を設立しました。もともとオーガニックを選択する生活をしていた為、同様のものを作りたいと思い設立当初からオーガニックで造っています。原料は、麦・ホップ・水・酵母の4つだけです。しかも全てアルザス産を使うとことにこだわっています。瓶内二次発酵・無濾過生なので瓶内に澱が入っているのが特徴です。あまり冷やさずに8℃から10℃をオススメします。
