The Burgundy producers that you can enjoy at Mavie are the Pelletier family and the Chapelle family. This time, we have put together a set of classic red wines made by these two producers. Both producers' organic wines are unfiltered, and the flavor makes the most of the natural qualities of the grapes, so you can enjoy wines that reflect the growing environment and the work of the maker.

The Pelletier family's vineyards are located in the northern part of Burgundy's Côte d'Or, the Côte de Nuits, and are known for their powerful flavors, befitting a famous red wine region. On the other hand, the Chapelle family's vineyards are located in the southern part, the Côte de Beaune, and offer the refined and delicate flavors that are reflected in the soil that produces many high-quality wines.

We recommend that you start with the Chapelle red wine, then compare it with the Pelletier red wine. If you want to pair it with food, try a simple, lightly seasoned meat dish (good with chicken) or meat dish with herbs (stew or grilled cheese).

• Burgundy Red - Chateau de Premeaux [Left]
  Vibrant aromas of raspberry, cinnamon, oregano, etc. Elegant taste with fresh fruitiness and clean acidity.
  
• Burgundy Red - Domaine Chapelle [Right]
  A beautiful aroma of red fruit with hints of rose, cinnamon and earth. The fruit flavor supports the fresh acidity and is smooth and elegant.
