A tasting set of red wines made from some of the most popular mono-varietal wines (wine made from only one grape variety).

Each of our red wines is made with great care from single-variety grapes grown in the rich natural environment. Please enjoy the unique aromas, flavors, and personalities of each variety.

All three wines are perfect for pairing with meat dishes. Pinot Noir goes well with chicken main dishes, Merlot with pork main dishes, and Syrah goes well with meat dishes in general, especially beef dishes.

Description of each wine

• Alsace Pinot Noir Red [Left]
  A delicate and carefully crafted Alsace red wine made with Pinot Noir. It has a pleasant, soft flavor with just the right amount of acidity and gentle tannins. It goes well with simply seasoned chicken and vegetable dishes, as well as root vegetables and Japanese cuisine.
  
• Merlot Venice Red [center]
  A light red wine made from 100% Merlot from Veneto, Italy. With a pleasant and approachable taste, this organic wine will take your everyday meals to the next level.
  
• Schiller Red [Right]
  This red wine is made from Syrah grown in a field at an altitude of 480m in Sicily, Italy. It has an elegant finish with fresh fruitiness and fine tannins.
