アルマニャックで有名なフランス南西・ガスコーニュ地方で造られたきりっと辛口の白ワイン。「キャトルセパージュ（4つの品種）」の名前の通り、コロンバール、ユニブラン、グロマンサン、ソーヴィニヨンの4種類のぶどうをブレンドして、果実香やハーブの香りとフレッシュな酸味が楽しめる味わいになっています。きりりと冷やして楽しみたいオーガニックワインです。

輝きのある非常に淡いレモンイエロー。

洋梨や白桃の果実香に、バジルやセルフィーユなど様々なハーブ、またミネラルも感じる、清涼感にあふれた香り。

口に含むといっぱいに広がるフレッシュな酸味が印象。それを柔らかな果実味が支え、味わいも爽やか。

キリっと冷やして楽しみたい、軽快で清々しい飲み口の白。

オーガニック歴：2001年から（認証取得は2004年）

アルマニャックの生産地としても有名なフランス南西部、ガスコーニュ地方。他のぶどう産地に比べて湿度が高く、オーガニック農業には難しい土地ですが、研究熱心な父のダミアンの「もっとこの地方の特徴が表現されているようなワインを造りたい」との想いから2001年にオーガニックに転換しました。現在はカルフォルニアとアルザスのワイナリーで経験を積んだ息子のクレマンが引き継ぎ、この地の更なる可能性を模索しています。醸造ではフレッシュな味わいを大切にしており、できたワインも冷蔵管理するなと徹底した温度管理を行っています。
