Description of each wine
- Refosco Dal Peduncolo Rosso Red [Left]
A medium-bodied red wine made from the "Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso" grape variety, native to the Veneto region of Italy. It has a concentrated aroma of red fruit with hints of black tea and cocoa. It is light and well-balanced, and goes well with soy sauce-based Japanese cuisine. - Charente White [Right]
This crisp, dry white wine was made in the Cognac region in southwestern France. Its sharp acidity completely eliminates the fishy smell. This is a great pairing for Japanese seafood dishes such as sushi and sashimi.
