Wine set description

We have put together a set of wines that go perfectly with delicious early summer ingredients and dishes, such as asparagus, new potatoes, horse mackerel, rockfish, and grunt. Please enjoy them with ingredients that are in season now.

Description of each wine

  • Charente Red [Left]
    This red wine is made in the Cognac region of France. It has a light, acidic taste and a smooth mouthfeel, so we recommend pairing it with bacon-wrapped asparagus.
  • Portugieser Red [Center]
    A red wine from Franken, Germany. It has the aroma of wild strawberries, herbs, spices, and a slight earthy flavor. It has a lovely fruity flavor and is elegant. It goes well with meat dishes, as well as soy sauce-based dishes using new potatoes and pot-au-feu.
  • Riesling Kabinett White [Right]
    This white wine is also from Franken, Germany. It has a refreshing aroma of green apples, pears, and herbs, and plenty of minerals, giving it a cool, refreshing taste. It goes well with seasonal seafood such as horse mackerel, rockfish, and grunt, and is recommended to be paired with white sauce-based gratins and meunières.

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 4 business days after it is received. (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
