This dry white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grown in sunny, steeply sloping fields in Asti, Piedmont. It has the typical Sauvignon Blanc aroma of honey, pineapple and herbs, a straight and crisp, but somewhat uneasy acidity, a clear fruitiness and a clean, rich flavor. This is a wine that we can confidently recommend to those who like clean white wines.

Taste

Strong fruity aroma. Nuances of pineapple, citrus and fresh herbs. Sauvignon-like character. Fresh and well-balanced in the mouth. Strong structure and long lingering taste.
