Organic history: Since the dawn of history (certified in 1963)
It is located in the Gravie region on the left bank of the Garonne River in Bordeaux. The history of wine farming dates back to 1668 and has been passed down from generation to generation. It has an Atlantic climate, but the strong winds from the Atlantic are blocked by forests, and the temperature is slightly higher. The soil is full of stones, and these stones put heat in during the day and release heat at night, which results in good grapes. In 1963, they switched to organic farming in order to leave a beautiful earth for our children, rather than using chemicals that remain in the soil forever. Paulette, who made this decision, is a pioneer of organic farming in Bordeaux. The nutrients used in the fields are natural, and the disease prevention measures are also natural. Now, Paulette's son's generation has taken over from Paulette, but her wisdom and experience have been firmly passed down and she is making wine with a new sensibility.
