This dry white wine with a gorgeous aroma is made in Alsace, which is famous for its white wine, using Gewürztraminer. As the name "Gewürz" means spice in the local language, the noble aroma with nuances of lychee and rose is like perfume. This wine is often paired with Munster cheese sprinkled with cumin seeds in Alsace. This organic wine will make you want to enjoy its gorgeous aroma.

非常に美しいワイン。ライチ、バラの花、マスカットのニュアンスを香りの中に感じ取っていただけます。女性をうっとりさせる香りが詰まっている、非常にコストパフォーマンスが高いワイン。

香りを堪能していただくために、食前酒におすすめです。

ですが、チーズにも合います。
クミンをかけたマンステールなどは完璧な組み合わせ。

アルザス地方でも南寄りのベルクホルツ村にあります。1620年より親から子へと代々引き継がれてきた、歴史のあるワイン農家です。現在は13代目フランソワを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。地形的にヴォージュ山脈とアルプス山脈に囲まれた盆地で、冬と夏の寒暖差に加え、年間降雨量も少ないため高品質のワインが生み出されます。メイエー家がオーガニックに転換したのは、12代目のユージェーヌが農薬中毒によって視神経が麻痺するという深刻な事態に陥ったことに因ります。その時にホメオパシーで治癒したことにより、シュタイナーのビオディナミに出会い、1969年に転換することを決意しました。50年以上もビオディナミ農法を続けたことにより、メイエー家のぶどう畑はいきいきとしたエネルギーに満ちています。メイエー家はフランス国内でもビオディナミのパイオニア的存在で知られています。

口に含んだ瞬間から、爽やか。
本当に美味しいです。
薔薇の香り、ライチ、マスカット。
私の好きな物ばかり。
ワインには詳しくないので、マヴィさまの説明書を参考に（ボトルデザインも含め）購入し、大正解。
フィッシュ&チップス、お寿司、良く合いました。

このワインは私にとってまさに好みのずばりの味です。フルーティーさ、スパイシーさ、適度な酸味と何度飲んでもやっぱりこのゲヴェルツだなと思っています。値段は安くはないですが、飽きないいつ飲んでも安心のおいしさでお勧めです。

初めてこの商品を選んだ時の理由は名前でした。ゲヴェルツトラミネールって一体どんなぶどう？と無知な私は思いました。その味にすぐに魅せられ、他でも試してみましたが、メイエー家のこの一本に敵うものはみつかっていません。
