A full-bodied white wine from the famous wine region of Burgundy. Chardonnay is fermented in barrels and finished in barrels. You can enjoy the aroma of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, fresh butter, and nuts. It has a good balance of soft fruitiness and acidity, and the lingering aroma is smooth and rich, like melted fresh butter. This is a half-sized organic wine that you can enjoy the elegant barrel aroma.

Wine Details

Taste

A slightly pale lemon yellow.

A wonderful robe of rich texture and shine, bursting with aromas of playful exoticism and smoky notes.

The aroma of grapefruit and other citrus fruits is accompanied by fresh butter, nuts, honey, yellow flowers, and even a hint of mocha in the background. A very gorgeous and enjoyable fragrance.

When you put it in your mouth, you will find an excellent balance of soft fruitiness and pleasant acidity, and the aftertaste is smooth and rich, as if you had melted fresh butter, and it lingers in your mouth for a long time.

This wine has a soft taste, but also a long aftertaste and deep flavor that leaves a deep impression.

About the Pelletier family

Chateau de Premeaux (Pelletier family)

Organic history: Since 1999

Located in the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges, south of the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. The wine farm purchased the chateau in 1920 and has been passed down from father to son. Currently, Arnaud, the fifth generation, is in charge of grape cultivation and brewing. Some of the fields have been organic for a long time, but all of them were converted in 2012. We are proud to be able to teach our children that our land is cultivated in a way that does not pollute the earth, and that we should drink and eat things that are good for our bodies. Most of the Pelletier family's wines are for individual customers in France and are difficult to obtain even in France. By brewing each plot separately, we are able to bring out the terroir (soil) that we cherish.
