A full-bodied white wine from the famous wine region of Burgundy. Chardonnay is fermented and aged in barrels. You can enjoy the aroma of citrus fruits such as grapefruit, fresh butter, and nuts. It has a good balance of soft fruitiness and acidity, and the aftertaste is smooth and rich, like melted fresh butter. This is a half-sized organic wine that you can enjoy the elegant barrel aroma.

味わい

やや淡めのレモンイエロー。

たっぷりとした質感と輝きをもったすばらしいローブ。ほとばしるアロマは茶目っ気のあるエキゾチックな香りとスモーキーな香りが混じりあう。

グレープフルーツなどの柑橘系果物の香りに、フレッシュなバターやナッツ、ハチミツ、黄色い花、さらに奥にわずかにモカの香りがひそむ。とても華やかで楽しめる香り。

口に含むと、柔らかな果実味と心地よい酸味のバランスが非常に良く、余韻にはまるでフレッシュなバターを溶かしたかのような、滑らかで後を引くコクが口中にずっと長く続く。

柔らかな味わいの中にも、長い余韻とコクが深い印象を残す1本。

オーガニック歴：1999年から

ブルゴーニュ地方・コートドニュイの南寄りのニュイサンジョルジュ村にあります。1920年にシャトーを購入し、親から子へと引き継がれてきたワイン農家です。現在は5代目アルノーが中心となりぶどう栽培と醸造を行っています。一部の畑は昔からオーガニックでしたが2012年に全ての畑を転換しました。大地を汚染することにつながらない方法で栽培を行っている土地、体に良いものを飲んで食べるということを子供達に伝えていけることが誇りになっています。ペルチエ家のワインのほとんどはフランス個人顧客向けであり、フランス国内でも入手困難なワインです。区画ごとに厳密に分けて醸造することで、大切にしているテロワール（土壌）を引き出しています。
