A dry white wine made in the Beaune region of Burgundy. It is made with Aligote grapes, which are characterized by their pleasant acidity, for an elegant finish. You can also sense the lemon peel and grapefruit compote, refreshing herbs, and a strong mineral aroma. This organic wine has a smooth mouthfeel and an impressive sharp, clean acidity.

輝きのある淡いイエロー。

レモンピールやグレープフルーツのコンポートにセルフィーユなどの爽やかなハーブ、白い花、石のミネラル香も強く、清らかで品のある香り。

口当たりは滑らかで、シャープで綺麗な酸がミネラルを纏って余韻にまで続き、柔らかい果実味と優しい旨みが重なり広がる。エレガントな味わいのアリゴテ。

ワインの銘醸地ブルゴーニュ地方の中でも、世界中のワイン愛好家が絶賛する優れた赤ワインと上品で繊細な白ワインが産出されるコート ド ボーヌにあります。1893年にサントネーとシャサーニュに畑を得たことから始まる代々続く名門です。1923年に自家瓶詰を開始しました。現当主のジャンフランソワが土壌について学んだのを機にオーガニックを決意しました。その土地の特徴をワインに表すためには、土の営み・ぶどうの営み・人間の営みを尊重することが必要との結論に至り、2003年に転換しました。多くの区画からなる20haの畑のぶどうは全量手摘みを行い、畑の区画ごとの特性を表現できるワインを心がけています。
