A dry white wine born from a vineyard overlooking Carcassonne, a World Heritage Site in Languedoc, southern France. Made from 100% popular Chardonnay, this medium-bodied wine has a pleasant drinking experience. It has a scent of ripe fruit with hints of honeysuckle and honey. It is a hearty white wine that goes well with white meat dishes such as chicken and pork.

透明感のあるレモンイエロー。

抜栓した瞬間から、フルーティなアロマが力強く香ります。

熟したリンゴやレモン、花梨などの果実に、ほんのりとハニーサックルも感じる香り。どこか梅酒やハチミツを思わせるような熟成感のあるアロマも。

味わいはドライで、表現力の高い果実味を感じます。酸味は穏やかですが上品に長く続き、フルーティさとのバランスがよく取れています。

ミディアム以上のほどよい飲みごたえと、穏やかな酸味、果実味のハーモニーが楽しめる辛口の白ワインです。

Domaine de BRAUは世界遺産で有名なカルカッソンヌ近郊にあります。気候は地中海と大西洋からの影響を受けており、そのおかげで南仏とボルドーの両方のぶどう品種が栽培できます。2020年にレヴォル家が前所有者のタリ家から畑と醸造所を受け継ぎました。タリ家は1980年代からオーガニック農業を続けており、オーガニックワイン農家としてはパイオニア的な存在です。40年以上もオーガニックを続けている畑は生き生きとした生命力で溢れています。レヴォルさんはタリさんが実践していたオーガニック栽培の先を行く、自然農法を目指しています。ワイン造りに関してはタリさんのスタイルを継承せずに、極力樽を避けて、ぶどう本来の風味が引き立つ醸造を目指しています。涼しい夜間に収穫したぶどうを低温で醸造したり、醸造過程ごとの温度管理の徹底、出来たワインをすぐに瓶詰するなどの工夫をしながら、新しいワインの開発に意欲的に取り組んでいます。
