This red wine was produced in the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges in the Nuits region of the northern Côte d'Or. It has a vivid aroma of red fruits with hints of roses, cacao and spices, and a complex, yet elegant and memorable aroma. The taste is clean and acidic, with a rich fruitiness that spreads throughout, and while it has a concentrated feel, it is soft and delicate on the palate, and has a fine astringency. This is an organic Burgundy wine that you can enjoy with a long aftertaste.

輝きのある明るいルビー。

赤い果実の鮮やかな香りに美しい薔薇の芳香が何とも華やか。その奥にはカカオやスパイス、そして強いミネラル感。複雑さを秘めつつも仕上がりはエレガントで印象深い香り。

口に含むと強さのある綺麗な酸味とともに芳醇な果実味がいっぱいに広がる。赤い果実の弾けるような凝縮感を感じるが、口当たりは柔らかく繊細で、渋味もきめ細やか。余韻は非常に長い。

オーガニック歴：1999年から

ブルゴーニュ地方・コートドニュイの南寄りのニュイサンジョルジュ村にあります。1920年にシャトーを購入し、親から子へと引き継がれてきたワイン農家です。現在は5代目アルノーが中心となりぶどう栽培と醸造を行っています。一部の畑は昔からオーガニックでしたが2012年に全ての畑を転換しました。大地を汚染することにつながらない方法で栽培を行っている土地、体に良いものを飲んで食べるということを子供達に伝えていけることが誇りになっています。ペルチエ家のワインのほとんどはフランス個人顧客向けであり、フランス国内でも入手困難なワインです。区画ごとに厳密に分けて醸造することで、大切にしているテロワール（土壌）を引き出しています。
