A refreshing, dry white wine made in southern Provence, France, in fields that have never been sprayed with pesticides since recorded history. Made using Vermentino and Clairette, it has a scent that gives off hints of grapefruit, herbs such as dill, white flowers, and the spice of white pepper. This organic wine has a mild acidity and a fruity flavor. It is recommended for salads and marinades for seafood such as scallops.
