A full-bodied red wine made on a farm at an altitude of 450m in Sicily. It uses a local variety called Nero d'Avola. It has the aroma of stewed red fruits such as cranberries, as well as orange, vanilla, and eucalyptus. It has a smooth fruitiness and vibrant acidity, with fine tannins on the aftertaste. The name of the wine, "Rosso delle Rose", is the name given to the vineyard, and this is a carefully selected bottle made from grapes from a special location. It is an organic wine with an approachable taste.

オーガニック歴：1990年代から

イタリア シチリア州の中心部、海抜480ｍの丘の上にあります。姉のキャロライナと弟のフランチェスコを中心とした家族経営のワイナリーです。ふたりはワインに惚れ込み、父が大手ワイナリー用に栽培していたぶどうで、実験的にワインを造ってみました。その結果が素晴らしいものだったので、姉弟でワイン造りの体制を整えました。父親のサルヴァドーレは20年以上も前、まだ消費者や大手ワイナリーが気にも止めなかった時代にオーガニック農業をはじめました。息子のフランチェスコはごく自然とそれを引継ぎました。オーガニックは環境に良いというだけではなく、品質も良いものでなければならないと考えています。収穫は全量手摘みで、異なる区画のぶどうを別々に仕込み、それぞれのタンクの出来に応じて、どのようなワインに仕上げていくかを決めています。
