味わい

淡く、可愛らしい色から想像するように非常に繊細で可憐なワインです。ブルゴーニュのピノノワールとは全くタイプが違い、程よい酸味と優しいタンニンが心地の良い、丁寧に造られたということが伝わってくる1本です。淡白な白身の肉（鳥や豚肉）にはもちろんのこと、豆腐や野菜等の家庭料理にも合せていただけます。素材を大切にした料理に合わせていただけると、このワインの良さが際立ちます。

オーガニック歴：1969年から（認証は1980年4月デメター・1991年ECOCERT）

アルザス地方でも南寄りのベルクホルツ村にあります。1620年より親から子へと代々引き継がれてきた、歴史のあるワイン農家です。現在は13代目フランソワを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。地形的にヴォージュ山脈とアルプス山脈に囲まれた盆地で、冬と夏の寒暖差に加え、年間降雨量も少ないため高品質のワインが生み出されます。メイエー家がオーガニックに転換したのは、12代目のユージェーヌが農薬中毒によって視神経が麻痺するという深刻な事態に陥ったことに因ります。その時にホメオパシーで治癒したことにより、シュタイナーのビオディナミに出会い、1969年に転換することを決意しました。50年以上もビオディナミ農法を続けたことにより、メイエー家のぶどう畑はいきいきとしたエネルギーに満ちています。メイエー家はフランス国内でもビオディナミのパイオニア的存在で知られています。

酸味と滑らかなタンニンで、まさに和食と合うピノでした。マヴィさんのワインは和食や野菜に合うワインが殆どなので普段の食事に合わせやすく嬉しいです。

クセがなくてすごく飲みやすいです。お水みたいな感覚で飲めました。筑前煮ほかの和食に合わせたのですがとてもよかったです。
