イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。

とても果実感たっぷりです。食前酒としても食後としても楽しめますし、お肉料理との組み合わせはとても良いです。ウォッシュタイプのチーズとも美味しく頂けました。今の季節ならでは、旬のカボチャやキノコを使ったお料理とも合わせて美味しです。

ブラックベリー系の香りで、飲み口は重くなく、いろいろな食事にも合うし（毎晩、グラス1,2杯ずつ、４日で飲み切りましたが）、飲みやすいと思います。
