A full-bodied dry sparkling wine from Bordeaux. Made from a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Gris, and fermented in the same bottle as Champagne, Cremant has delicate bubbles and a good drinkability. It has a gorgeous aroma of pear, apple, and white flowers. It is a refined organic wine with a fresh fruitiness, a refreshing herb flavor, and a firm minerality.
