A special wine made from grapes over 100 years old. It is the highest class red wine in the producer's lineup. It has a deep, concentrated aroma from boiling down many black and red fruits. It also has a beautiful blend of complex and gorgeous aromas such as licorice and cocoa. This is an exquisite bottle that allows you to enjoy the deep, complex nuances and rich flavor. If possible, uncork the wine two days before drinking to allow the aroma and flavor to blend together and you can feel the deliciousness of the wine even more. It is recommended to pair it with meat stew or well-cooked meat dishes such as the La Mancha local dish "gazpacho manchego". It also goes well with rich chocolate cake.
