This dry sparkling wine is made in the Alsace region of France, on the border with Germany. Made using Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, it is finished with the same secondary fermentation in the bottle as Champagne, allowing you to enjoy its freshness and fullness. With the aroma of white flowers and refreshing fruity nuances typical of Alsace wines, this organic wine can be enjoyed with anything from toasts to appetizers to light main courses. The half size is perfect for toasting with a small group of people or as a small gift.

オーガニック歴：1969年から（認証は1980年4月デメター・1991年ECOCERT）

アルザス地方でも南寄りのベルクホルツ村にあります。1620年より親から子へと代々引き継がれてきた、歴史のあるワイン農家です。現在は13代目フランソワを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。地形的にヴォージュ山脈とアルプス山脈に囲まれた盆地で、冬と夏の寒暖差に加え、年間降雨量も少ないため高品質のワインが生み出されます。メイエー家がオーガニックに転換したのは、12代目のユージェーヌが農薬中毒によって視神経が麻痺するという深刻な事態に陥ったことに因ります。その時にホメオパシーで治癒したことにより、シュタイナーのビオディナミに出会い、1969年に転換することを決意しました。50年以上もビオディナミ農法を続けたことにより、メイエー家のぶどう畑はいきいきとしたエネルギーに満ちています。メイエー家はフランス国内でもビオディナミのパイオニア的存在で知られています。

クレマン ダルザス 発泡 375ml 【ハーフボトル】

何か素敵なことがあって（無くてももちろん）泡で乾杯したいけれど、料理には他のワインも合わせて飲みたい、というような時に二人くらいまでなら最初に泡で乾杯して、徐々に白や赤へという飲み方ができるのでとても重宝します。
もちろん味はこくがあり、言うまでもなく美味しいです。
