Recently, the popularity of "non-dosage" and "zero-dosage" champagnes has been on the rise. These mean "no added sugar" and are champagnes that do not contain any added sugar, such as the "gateway liqueur" that is usually added when the champagne is bottled to make up for lost sugar and to adjust the flavor. Even though they do not contain added sugar, the grapes from Briard, located in a prime location in the village of Auviller, the birthplace of champagne, are of high quality, and after a further seven years of aging, you can enjoy the fullness and breadth of the flavor.

味わい

ややイエローがかったゴールド。

シャンパーニュの特徴であるイースト香に洋ナシやはちみつの香りがあり、それに樽熟成による香ばしさがプラスされています。

口当たりは柔らかで、ムースのようにきめ細やかな泡が心地よく広がります。ほのかに甘ささえ感じる豊かな果実の味わいを持つ、ゴージャスな仕上がり。

フォアグラのテリーヌなどしっかりした旨みを持つ、キャラクターの強い食材ともマッチします。

オーガニック歴：1970年から

「シャンパーニュのゆりかご」と呼ばれるオヴィレ村にあります。ぶどう栽培から醸造・瓶詰めまで行う小規模生産者で、19世紀に南斜面の一等地、抜群の立地の畑を入手しました。フランスの北に位置しているため大西洋気候と大陸性気候の両方の影響を受けています。気温は1年を通じて低く日照時間も短めですが、これによりシャンパーニュならではの繊細さが生まれます。シャンパーニュ地方ではオーガニックでのワイン造りは無理と言われていた1970年、ブリアール家前当主がオーガニック転換を決意しました。土に対する仕事が圧倒的に多いと語る通り、畑の土はふかふかで良質なぶどうが収穫されます。ぶどうの搾汁は2番搾りまで認められていますが1番搾りの果汁しか使わないなど、ワイン造りもブリアール家に伝わる伝統を守り続けています。
