This is a dry sparkling wine made in the naturally rich environment of Die, east of the Rhone region. It is made using Clairette, Aligoté and Muscat à Petitgrain grapes, with the same secondary fermentation in the bottle as Champagne, and has a refined, strong flavor with fruity aromas of white flowers, honey and Muscat. It is a full-bodied wine that can be paired with chicken, fish and roasted lamb. It is an organic wine with a clear taste without any unpleasant flavors.

白い花、はちみつ、マスカットのフルーティな香り。

少しだけブレンドされているミュスカの心地よい酸味があり、上品で1本通った芯の強さを感じる爽やかな後味。

合う料理

十分なボリュームがあるのでチキンや魚料理、子羊のローストとともに。チキンや魚料理にかけるソースの中に少量入れる（シャンパンソースのクレレット版。アシャールさん曰く、クレレットの香り高いソースになり、シャンパンソースより絶対おいしい！とのこと）。

ローヌ地方のちょうど真ん中に位置するデイにある、6世代続くオーガニックワイン農家です。標高400メートルの丘陵地は年間300日晴れており、昼夜の寒暖差もあるためぶどう栽培には理想的な環境です。一度も農薬や化学肥料を使ったことが無い畑を守りぬいています。1982年にオーガニック認証を取得。畑の土壌の生命力を高め、土地の特徴をより表現するために2005年からはビオディナミ農法を行っています。アシャール家は泡に人生を賭けて、泡しか造っていない生粋の泡職人です。自然の素晴らしさをそのまま封じ込めて、グラスに香りとして届けることにこだわっています。
