This refreshing, dry sparkling wine was made in the naturally rich environment of Die, east of the Rhone region. Made using Clairette grapes, it has aromas of grapefruit, green apples, white flowers and minerals. The taste is well balanced between fruitiness and fresh bubbles, and has a moderate volume. This organic wine is perfect for pairing with an aperitif or seafood dishes.

味わい

輝きのある淡いイエローゴールド。
きめ細かい泡が糸のように綺麗に上へと連なり立ちのぼります。

香りは、熟したグレープフルーツのような柑橘系や青リンゴなどの果実香を中心に、白い花、石灰のようなミネラル、イーストのような香りに、スパイスのニュアンスも感じます。

口に含むと、しっかりと凝縮感のある果実味。フレッシュな泡とのバランスも心地よく、余韻はふくよかで、ボリュームを感じさせます。

同じクレレット ド ディの名を持つビオ シュール（やや甘口）は、スパークリングワインだけという泡職人・アシャールさんの看板ワインで、伝統的なディの古代製法がとられ、糖分や酵母の添加はしません。

一方、こちらのクレレット ド ディ ブリュット（辛口）は、その名の通り、辛口です。製法はシャンパーニュやクレマン同様、瓶内二次発酵で造られます。

ローヌ地方のちょうど真ん中に位置するデイにある、6世代続くオーガニックワイン農家です。標高400メートルの丘陵地は年間300日晴れており、昼夜の寒暖差もあるためぶどう栽培には理想的な環境です。一度も農薬や化学肥料を使ったことが無い畑を守りぬいています。1982年にオーガニック認証を取得。畑の土壌の生命力を高め、土地の特徴をより表現するために2005年からはビオディナミ農法を行っています。アシャール家は泡に人生を賭けて、泡しか造っていない生粋の泡職人です。自然の素晴らしさをそのまま封じ込めて、グラスに香りとして届けることにこだわっています。
