A dry sparkling wine made from grapes grown in highland fields in the Rhone-Alps that have never been sprayed with pesticides. Every year in March, to commemorate Mavi's founding month, we release this original organic wine that is easy to enjoy. It has a refreshing finish made with 100% Clairette.

スパークリングワインは、スティルワインは造らない泡職人のアシャールさんが手掛けたすっきりとした辛口の仕上がりで、乾杯にもお食事にも合わせやすい1本です。柑橘系に白い花などの香りがあり、凝縮した果実感が楽しめます。

ローヌ地方のちょうど真ん中に位置するデイにある、6世代続くオーガニックワイン農家です。標高400メートルの丘陵地は年間300日晴れており、昼夜の寒暖差もあるためぶどう栽培には理想的な環境です。一度も農薬や化学肥料を使ったことが無い畑を守りぬいています。1982年にオーガニック認証を取得。畑の土壌の生命力を高め、土地の特徴をより表現するために2005年からはビオディナミ農法を行っています。アシャール家は泡に人生を賭けて、泡しか造っていない生粋の泡職人です。自然の素晴らしさをそのまま封じ込めて、グラスに香りとして届けることにこだわっています。

All of Mavi's wines are made from non-GMO grapes that are grown without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides for more than three years, and all are certified by an officially recognized third-party organization.

【2024年3月発送予定】マヴィ創立26周年記念ワイン クレレット ド ディ ブリュット 発泡

フルーティで心地よい酸味の一品です。ただ、この歳の味は前年より少し深みが足りない気もしました。とはいえ、この価格でこのクオリティは他ではなかなかありません。毎年創立記念のスパークリングを多めに購入して友人の記念日に贈るのを楽しみにしています。
