This refreshing, dry sparkling wine was made in the naturally rich environment of Die, east of the Rhone region. It is made using Clairette, Aligoté, and Muscat Blanc à Petit Grains, and is free of SO2 (preservatives). This organic wine has a pleasant popping bubble in the air, a lemon-like citrus aroma, and a well-balanced acidity.

Taste

This is a sparkling wine with a very refreshing, explosive feel.

The moment you pour it into a glass, you will notice the appetizing, savory aroma and the complexity that comes from the lees.

When you swirl the glass, you first notice the aroma of raspberry, followed by the fresh aroma of lemon and other citrus fruits.

Immediately after uncorking, various aromas will emerge, but if you take your time and smell it slowly, you can enjoy a more complex aroma.

When it is first poured, the bubbles have a big impact, and the moment you put it in your mouth, a fizzy texture spreads all at once. If you wait for the bubbles to calm down before tasting it, you can enjoy the strong acidity that is the key to this Crémant.

It has a clean taste and a subtle sweetness that remains on the tongue after you finish drinking it, giving it an elegant feel.

The aroma that spreads in the mouth is also very impactful, with spices such as licorice and citrus fruits such as lemon being particularly noticeable, allowing you to enjoy a punchy flavor.

Organic history: Since the dawn of history (certified in 1982)

This organic wine farm has been in business for six generations and is located in Dey, which is located right in the center of the Rhone region. The hills at an altitude of 400 meters are sunny 300 days a year and have a large temperature difference between day and night, making it an ideal environment for grape cultivation. They have protected their fields without ever using pesticides or chemical fertilizers. They obtained organic certification in 1982. In order to increase the vitality of the soil in the fields and better express the characteristics of the land, they have been using biodynamic farming methods since 2005. The Achard family is a true bubbles craftsman who has dedicated their lives to bubbles and only makes bubbles. They are committed to capturing the splendor of nature and delivering it as aroma in the glass.
