A red wine made in the Nuits region in the northern part of the Cote d'Or. Made using Pinot Noir, it is made to be stored for a long time. The powerful aroma of lively raspberries, spices and earth spreads out, giving way to the complex aroma of stewed red fruit jam, roses and black tea. It has firm acidity and a mineral feel, and a well-structured flavor that gives you a sense of the wine's large scale and great potential. It has fine, pleasant tannins, making it an organic wine that you should take your time to savor.

味わい

奥に深みを持つルビー。

グラスを近づけると、生き生きとしたフランボワーズの香りが実に鮮やか。その他様々なスパイスや土など、最初は非常にその力強さを感じる香りが印象的だが、ゆっくり時間をかけると、驚くほどどんどん香りが溢れ、複雑さを増してゆく。よりいっそう甘やかに広がる煮詰めたような赤い果実のジャムや、華やかな薔薇の香り、紅茶、さらに肉を思わせるやや野生的な香りも。

口に含むと、弾けるような果実味と非常にしっかりとした酸味が中心の若々しい味わいで、強いミネラル感が特徴的だが、今からでも十分にこのワインの持つスケールの大きさ、格上の品の良さを強烈に感じ取ることができる。

渋みはきめ細かく端整で、心地よい舌触り。ぜひ時間をかけて、ゆっくりと味わってほしい、素晴らしい骨格を持つピノノワール。

オーガニック歴：1999年から

ブルゴーニュ地方・コートドニュイの南寄りのニュイサンジョルジュ村にあります。1920年にシャトーを購入し、親から子へと引き継がれてきたワイン農家です。現在は5代目アルノーが中心となりぶどう栽培と醸造を行っています。一部の畑は昔からオーガニックでしたが2012年に全ての畑を転換しました。大地を汚染することにつながらない方法で栽培を行っている土地、体に良いものを飲んで食べるということを子供達に伝えていけることが誇りになっています。ペルチエ家のワインのほとんどはフランス個人顧客向けであり、フランス国内でも入手困難なワインです。区画ごとに厳密に分けて醸造することで、大切にしているテロワール（土壌）を引き出しています。

年末年始の特別な機会にと、少しお値段は高かったのですが、思い切って注文しました。牛肉のお料理とよく合うと思いました。強さと、繊細な余韻！！飲んでしまうのがもったいなくて、ワインだけ、ゆっくりいただく日もありました。次の特別な機会のために、また注文したいと思います。
