A medium-bodied red wine from Ladoix, north of the Beaune region of Burgundy. Ladoix wine is not often seen in Japan, but it is popular in France and has great potential. It has a vivid fruity aroma of stewed raspberries and blackberries, as well as roses, cinnamon and a hint of chocolate. The taste is impressive with an elegant acidity and a mellow astringency. It is a wine with excellent cost performance that can be aged for several years.

味わい

深い色合いの輝くルビー。

煮詰めた木苺やブラックベリーの鮮やかな果実香に薔薇やスミレが調和する。さらにシナモンや紅茶、ほんのりチョコレートのニュアンス。繊細で美しい香り。

口に含むと、まず感じる鮮烈でエレガントな酸味。艶やかな果実味がそれに寄り添い、渋味はきめ細かく、口中をくるむように柔らかく広がる。

ワインの銘醸地ブルゴーニュ地方の中でも、世界中のワイン愛好家が絶賛する優れた赤ワインと上品で繊細な白ワインが産出されるコート ド ボーヌにあります。1893年にサントネーとシャサーニュに畑を得たことから始まる代々続く名門です。1923年に自家瓶詰を開始しました。現当主のジャンフランソワが土壌について学んだのを機にオーガニックを決意しました。その土地の特徴をワインに表すためには、土の営み・ぶどうの営み・人間の営みを尊重することが必要との結論に至り、2003年に転換しました。多くの区画からなる20haの畑のぶどうは全量手摘みを行い、畑の区画ごとの特性を表現できるワインを心がけています。
