This precious organic grappa is made in Asti, Piedmont, northern Italy, using grapes grown on the estate, and is brewed and distilled entirely in-house. The Barbera skins and other ingredients are distilled and aged in barrels for eight years. Mono-cepage (single variety) grappas are very rare and valuable. You can enjoy the complex aromas of black tea, raisins, and almonds.

オーガニック歴：1985年から

イタリア北部ピエモンテ州のサンマルツァノットにあります。ピエモンテ州はイタリア全土の中でも1位2位を争うワイン銘醸地です。1880年から代々続くワイン農家で、現在は3兄弟でワイナリーを運営しており、ワイン造りは長男の息子エンリコが中心となって行っています。地中海性気候により、ぶどうの成長期・結実期・夏の終わりに太陽がよく照ることでよく熟した実が収穫できます。化学合成物質のない場所で、暮らし・働くため。また私たちの美しい大地を救い、守っていくため1985年に転換しました。収穫は全て手摘み、電力はソーラーパネルでまかなっています。多くの種類のぶどうを栽培し、数種類のワインを造っていますが、そのワインごとに畑や造り方を細かく変えてそれぞれのワインの特徴を表現しています。ワイナリー内には宿泊施設とレストランがあり、出される食材も全て敷地内でオーガニックで育てたものを提供しています。
