As the product name "Pistillo" (Japanese translation: flower core) indicates, this is a medium-bodied dry white wine with a firm core. It is made in vineyards that have never used chemical fertilizers or herbicides, using traditional methods that make the most of the unique characteristics of the indigenous Pecorino grape variety in the Marche region of Italy. The pale lemon gold color opens up a world beyond your imagination. The refreshing aroma, solid fruitiness, and rich aroma are in perfect harmony, enhancing your sense of satisfaction after drinking. Its flavor goes well with white meats such as pork and chicken.

味わい

淡いレモンゴールドの色合いを持ったワインから広がる、多彩な香り。

全体を通して印象に残るのは青りんごや洋梨などの清涼感がある果実のアロマです。初めに感じた白い果実の爽やかで繊細な香りから、温度が上がってくると、今度は違う香りが顔を出します。

少し強めのレモンや金柑などの柑橘系の香りに、パイナップルのような甘酸っぱいアロマ。アカシアやサンザシなどの白い花の香りもあり、アロマの世界観が広がります。

香りを堪能した後に口に含むと、とてもドライでしっかりとした印象です。

酸味を中心とした味わいですが、重すぎず軽すぎず、非常にバランスが取れています。十分な果実味とアロマを若々しい酸味が味わいを引き締めています。

余韻にはサンザシや金柑、パイナップルなどの特徴的な香りが残ります。

しっかりとした味わいで今でもとても美味しく楽しめますが、2-3年は香りや味わいの発展が期待できるポテンシャルの高い白ワインです。

イタリアで最も美しい村の一つであるマルケ州のオッフィーダにあります。この村で何世代にも渡りオーガニックでぶどうを栽培し自家用にワインを造っていました。ワイナリーを設立し、2005年から本格的にワイン造りを始めました。夏は暑くなりますが、西側にあるアペニン山脈からアドリア海に吹き降ろす風により風通しが非常によく、ぶどうの栽培に優れた気候です。化学肥料や除草剤を一度も使ったことが無い畑を守っています。マルケ州の土着品種にこだわり、この土地を表現しながらも、香りと味わいの調和がとれたワインを目指しています。

トロピカルな香りと､爽やか&リッチな味わいでとても美味しかったです。
